Bookings & Cancellations
- Minimum booking durations apply as shown at checkout.
- Reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice. Less than 24 hours may incur a fee up to the value of the first hour or paid deposit.
Pricing & Payment
- Prices shown are estimates; final price may vary based on property condition and access.
- Commercial work may include a pricing uplift.
- Deposits are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed, except where we fail to deliver the service.
Access & Safety
- You must provide safe access to the premises and disclose any hazards.
- We reserve the right to refuse work that is unsafe or beyond our scope.
Satisfaction & Claims
- Report any issues within 24 hours; we’ll arrange a reasonable re-clean where warranted.
- We are insured; liability is limited to the cost of the affected service.
